Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Bookeet (https://bookeet.app), operated by Mystic Tuna Studios (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Bookeet lets businesses publish a booking page and receive booking requests from customers. We provide the platform; the business is responsible for its own services, pricing, availability, and for fulfilling bookings.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and, where applicable, operate a business.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is offensive or infringing.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (business details, logo, photos, text). You grant us a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content and for handling your customers' data in line with applicable law.
5. Bookings
A booking request submitted through a business page is an arrangement between the customer and that business. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the services provided, cancellations, no-shows, or payments handled off-platform.
6. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your use of the Service or from dealings between businesses and customers.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
